31 Days of Loom Knitting Stitches - Day 2 Blackberry [Trinity]
I hope you're all ready for something new! I'm sure you've seen needle knitters do the Blackberry, aka Trinity, stitch before but now it's time to bring it to the loom knitters community.
The Blackberry/Trinity stitch is a traditional Irish knit stitch from the Aran Islands. Traditionally the Blackberry/Trinity stitch was used by women or wives for the fisherman to make traditional Irish Sweaters made from wool.
